A new textbook co-authored by CEE Prof. Harold S. Park has been published. The book, entitled “Nano Mechanics and Materials: Theory, Multiscale Methods and Applications”, was written with Prof. Wing Kam Liu and Dr. Eduard Karpov at Northwestern University. The book, which is being published by John Wiley and Sons, is one of the first textbooks to cover multiple scale modeling techniques, or those that aim to concurrently link atomic scale physics to the phenomena that are observed in everyday structural and biological systems and structures.
