Dr. Oskay concentrates his research efforts to bringing understanding to multi-scale, multi-physics problems through computational modeling and simulation. Dr. Oskay previously worked on computational characterization of the failure response of systems that involve multiple temporal and spatial scales. He currently focuses on development of computational methodologies for failure and fragmentation of composite systems subjected to extreme loading conditions, characterization of complex, hybrid and bio-composite systems, and analysis of multiphysics problems.
